What we collect on this site

• Demo request form: name, work email, company, and the optional description you provide. We use this to contact you about a demo and to maintain a record of your enquiry in our CRM, HubSpot.
• Analytics: we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with this page. Clarity collects information about your session in pseudonymised form. No personally identifying information is included.
• Attribution: if we have the HubSpot tracking script enabled, HubSpot sets a cookie (hubspotutk) so we can associate your demo request with the pages you visited. You can clear this cookie at any time.
• Anti-abuse: Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the demo form to block automated submissions. Cloudflare may process anonymised technical signals to make that decision.

Legal basis (UK / EU GDPR)

• Consent — when you tick the consent checkbox on the demo form.
• Legitimate interests — keeping the site secure, preventing abuse, and analysing aggregated usage to improve it.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of trusted vendors to operate this site: Cloudflare (hosting and Turnstile), HubSpot (CRM and demo enquiry intake), and Microsoft Clarity (anonymised analytics).
